Our direct Cardiff photography service is organised by spaces. Check rooms, finish and delivery before adding contact details. Starting prices use the current rate card; postcode and diary checks follow before booking.

Complete coverage with 8 digital furnishing and styling changes to plan a proposed room.

These are base-property starting prices. The base covers the exterior, living room, kitchen with open-plan dining, one bedroom and one bathroom.

• Additional spaces change the scope: extra bedrooms, en-suites, separate dining rooms and other areas.
• Hallways, landings and stairs are included where useful.
• Delivery speed and selected extras also affect the total.

Standard delivery is two working days from the end of the shoot. Compare the final quote for your rooms, postcode, shoot option and travel. An address alone does not reserve a date.

Judge the whole gallery. The kitchen should explain appliances and circulation; the dining view should connect the main spaces.

What Airbnb approval means for a direct booking

Approved for Airbnb’s Pro Photography programme. Booking here is a separate direct commission with LUMORIA. Airbnb does not arrange that appointment.

After final payment, our direct licence covers marketing the photographed property on booking platforms, your direct website and social, without a time or territory limit. LUMORIA retains copyright.

Agree other uses in writing, such as supplying photographs for another business’s campaign. If Airbnb arranges the appointment, its separate programme offer and image-use permission apply.

Airbnb-arranged photography: check your listing’s offer

Airbnb’s official programme depends on listing eligibility, market coverage and local photographer availability.

• Images: currently described as 15–25 finished photographs, depending on property size.
• Timing: typically published to the listing within a week.
• Price and arrangement: governed by the actual offer in your account.

Settle permission before choosing this route. Airbnb’s guidance on saving programme photographs limits those copies to personal use and prohibits use on another real-estate or rental website.

That matters if you also use another platform or a direct-booking site.

Independent photographers and DIY: compare the work involved

An independent property or interiors photographer can be a good fit. Ask for a complete delivered gallery, including small bedrooms and bathrooms.

• Coverage: room list, views and finish.
• Practical arrangements: access, revisions and deadline.
• Total price: travel and applicable tax included.
• Permission: a licence for your intended channels.

Ask how they show each room naturally. A bright lounge and a compact mirrored bathroom present different challenges; a complete set shows how the supplier handles both.

DIY can suit a manageable property or small update. Airbnb’s photography advice recommends landscape images, clear room views and files of at least 1024 × 683 pixels.

Allow time to prepare, shoot, edit, sort and check the upload. Our photo checklist helps either route cover the rooms, sleeping arrangements and amenities accurately.

Use a written-scope checklist

Keep the answers with the quote. An unanswered point is a follow-up question, not evidence by itself that a supplier is unsuitable.

A price match needs the same package in writing

We offer a price match for the same package before booking. The lower quote must be written, and the supplier must be willing to deliver that full package at that price.

• Match scope and finish: the same coverage and image set.
• Match usage and delivery: the same licence and deadline.
• Include the complete cost: all travel and applicable tax.

Ask for missing details in writing. A smaller set, different deadline or single-channel licence changes the comparison.
