1. Who we are
LUMORIA is an AI-native DTC studio, operated as a UK sole trader. You can reach us at hello@lumoriamedia.com. These terms cover the Store Teardown and any other services you buy from us through this site.
2. What you're buying
The Store Teardown is a recorded walkthrough of your online store plus a prioritised, ranked fix list, delivered digitally. The fee is £497 (localised to your region: $899 / €997 / AED 3,500) and is paid up front through Stripe.
3. Delivery
We begin once payment has cleared and you've sent your store URL and intake details. Our target turnaround is around 36 hours. We take a limited number of teardowns each week, so if we're at capacity we'll tell you your start time. The recording and fix list are delivered by email and are yours to keep.
4. The credit
Your fee is credited in full against a LUMORIA build if you book one within 30 days of delivery. The credit applies once, to a single build, and can't be exchanged for cash.
5. Guarantee and refunds
We guarantee at least five specific, prioritised, actionable fixes. If a teardown surfaces fewer than five, you receive a full refund and keep the recording. Because the teardown is a bespoke digital service delivered on completion, it is otherwise non-refundable once delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the store you submit, or are authorised to request a teardown of it, and that you'll give us a working URL and access to the pages we need to review.
7. Intellectual property
The recording and fix list are licensed to you for use in your own business. Our methods, frameworks and templates remain our property.
8. Liability
A teardown is diagnosis and advice; deciding what to implement is your call. We don't guarantee any specific revenue or conversion result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fee you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
