1. Who we are
LUMORIA (operated as a UK sole trader) is the controller of the personal data you share with us. Contact: hello@lumoriamedia.com.
2. What we collect
Contact details you give us (such as your name and email), your store URL and anything you choose to share in your intake, and enquiry correspondence. Payments are handled by Stripe; we don't see or store your full card details. If site analytics are enabled, we collect basic, privacy-friendly usage data.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
To deliver the teardown and support you (performance of a contract); to respond to enquiries and improve our service (legitimate interests); and to meet accounting and legal duties (legal obligation).
4. Who processes your data
We use a small set of trusted processors: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Each processes data under its own terms and security standards.
5. Sharing
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors above, and where we're legally required to.
6. Retention
We keep your data only as long as we need it to deliver the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@lumoriamedia.com to exercise these. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. International transfers
Some of our processors operate outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, it's covered by appropriate safeguards.
9. Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies needed to run it, plus privacy-friendly analytics if enabled. We don't use advertising trackers.
